Quanti Pulse Ghana is a public opinion and polling platform operated from Accra, Ghana. We host short, interactive polls on topics relevant to Ghanaian life. Results reflect the views of participating users and are not nationally representative unless explicitly stated.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Quanti Pulse. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent responses to polls.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to interact with the platform.
• Attempt to disrupt the service or access restricted areas without authorisation.
• Harass, abuse, or post offensive content in any open-text fields.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute poll data without written permission.

All content, design, branding, and software on Quanti Pulse are the property of Quanti Pulse Ghana unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Public poll results are provided for information and engagement purposes. They represent the opinions of respondents who chose to participate, not a scientifically weighted sample of the Ghanaian population. Quanti Pulse may also conduct custom research under separate agreements with defined methodologies.

Quanti Pulse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results are accurate for any purpose beyond general interest. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quanti Pulse Ghana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Quanti Pulse at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
